1. No Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with the product. Please ensure you review product descriptions, and other details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. One-Year Warranty and Repair Policy

  • If your chalk bag is found to have a manufacturing defect within one-year, you may send it back to us for repair.
  • To request a repair, contact us via e-mail with a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs to send the item to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired item back to you.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
  • Repairs are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed and shipped on the next business day following the placement of your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States.
  • All domestic shipping uses USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the destination.  The tracking number will be provided upon checkout via e-mail.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather events.

4. Order Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within one hour of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
  • To cancel an order, contact us via e-mail with your order number and a request for cancellation.
  • Cancellations requested after the one-hour window or after the order has been processed for shipping will not be eligible for a refund.
